New interchanges at Burns Beach Road, Neerabup Road and Hester Avenue;
Shared Path for pedestrians and cyclist, including underpasses and a bridge;
Extension of Neerabup Road from Connolly Drive to Wanneroo Road;
Reduced pressure and improved safety on the local road network
Improved connectivity between business and employment nodes in the North West Corridor and the wider Perth Metropolitan area
Improved potential for investment and job creation within the North West Corridor
"Since 2013, the local community has been consulted and has helped to develop the project design. Issues surrounding sustainability have been identified as key concerns from project conception; whether it be minimising impacts to Neerabup National Park or increasing connectivity between residential and industrial precincts. Sustainability is fundamental to both stakeholder and client expectations and as an organisation we are striving to imbed these principles in our business practices."
